No, It is a complete myth, It started as a old wives tale to scare childern not to mastrbate as it was seen as "Evil". Nowdays masturbation has been scientifically proven to be healthy also it is physically impossible for masturbation to have any effect on hair growth on the palms of your hands. So no masturbation never did, doesn't and probably never will cause hairy palms.
