No. Its "Normal" for both boys and girls to masturbate. It's natural for boys and girls to masturbate - both do it. Girls don't discuss it as much as guys and are quieter about their sexual activities in general but according to studies both boys and girls masturbate about the same amount. Boys just talk about it a bit more i guess...
